Student Chapters Advance the Merit Shop

 

ABC’s Student Chapter Program is a dynamic network of more than 50 colleges and universities nationwide. Student chapters help build a bridge between ABC member firms, construction faculty and college students through events such as membership meetings, guest speakers, internships, community service projects, fundraisers, career fairs/career awareness events and jobsite tours.

Students Showcase Their Construction Management Skills

During the annual Construction Management Competition, the nation’s top construction management students go head to head in three areas: project management/scheduling, estimating and safety. The competition is designed to allow students to showcase their skills while getting a glimpse into the real-life world of construction.

The ABC Young Professionals Program’s mission is to shape the future of the merit shop construction industry by supporting the growth of young professionals that are employed by ABC member companies through increased participation within the industry, sharing best practices, and offering webinars, leadership tips and resources specific to industry trends.
